The location was very good, esp. with the A21 bus from the airport stopping close by (on Nathan Road). I was given a quite depressing room on arrival (around 6 pm), but was moved without fuss to a better room from day 2 of my visit.

Fantastic location - it's very conveniently located (near Mong Kok - right next to Nathan Road) and a 1-2 minute walk from Yau Ma Tei MTR to access other parts of Hong Kong. Hotel room itself was spacious and clean, with aircon and all your basic amenities - very eco-friendly. Staff were quite helpful too - would recommend! I travelled solo and felt safe around the area.

The fire alarm light turned on in the middle of the night and I tried to call the front desk, helpline etc multiple times and couldn’t reach any staff. It was quite scary as we didn’t know what to do. Also, they don’t accept Apple Pay for an additional surcharge that I need to pay. Concierge was very nice to help get a taxi from main road for us. Room is decent and location is near to train.

Location was great. Very near MTR station and also Airport bus stop. Beds are big and fresh, only toilets are small and basic for the basic rooms.
