Reception staff very friendly and efficient. Hotel is clean and well maintained. We were upgraded to a bigger room free of charge, which was welcomed.

It is good for me as I was travelling alone. The room I got was cozy and clean. Convenient location. Walking and short distance to Mongkok and Tsim Sha Tsui.

It’s clean and tidy. The room is spacious. The bed is soft and comfortable. The lobby is quiet. The sound insulation for the room is very good, at least I was never disturbed by noise at the corridor or from next room through the night.

Daily cleaning, pest control, daily toiletries change, kind behaviour of personnel, good location, close to Mong Kok East and Mong Kok MTR Station, and also close to many bus routes. Price is also very affordable.

Definitely better than any other places I had seen - I had booked last minute and was going to get an airbnb but this was worth paying extra for Double bed - was right next to the wall but the room did feel like a good size still, bathroom felt like a good size TV shampoo and cotton buds, toothbrush Towels Safe - big enough for laptop Do not disturb to turn on /off cleaning Bus stop close by 7/11 close by

Super cozy and comfortable for a couple. Spacious as for HK standards, there is storage space under the bed which is a great plus. Dry air inside, no need to even turn on AC - which is great considering the humidity level in the city.

The hotel is nice, the room is nice, the location is great. To be honest there is nothing outstanding nor nothing to complain about. It is a good hotel.
