The fine print
Important information of credit card guarantee:
- For non-refundable bookings, individual credit cards are required for each room and the total amount of the room rate for the entire stay will be charged on the given credit card after reservation made. Guests are required to present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking and making payments at the hotel.
- For any reservation under standard cancellation policy, an approval code will be obtained from the given credit card for guarantee purpose.
For guests who make the payment using a third party credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel 5 working days prior to the arrival:
1) Authorisation letter with cardholder's signature
2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of the card with cardholder's signature)
- The hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes.
- Release of credit card authorisation may take 1 to 3 months, depending on different countries, cities and banks.Please kindly note:

- An extra bed or baby cot is only applicable to Plaza Deluxe Room, Plaza Grand Room and Plaza Suite and is subject to availability.
- Any transfer of the hotel booking, or any transfer, assignment, subletting, sublicensing or sharing of the room to or with any third party (whether or not any monetary or other consideration is given) is prohibited
- In compliance with Cap. 371 Smoking (Public Health) ordinance, effective from 01 January 2007, smoking is banned in the indoor areas of all restaurant premises, indoor workplaces, public indoor places and some public outdoor places. Please be aware that smoking in a non-smoking room will incur HK$3,000 penalty.Property's room are for accommodation use only and cannot be used as wedding purpose, supplement charge will be applied for such purpose of usageGroup Policy (applied to reservation for more than 5 rooms):
Accurate guest names for each room must be provided at time of reservation and proof of identity will be required upon check in.

Prepayment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

When booking 6 or more rooms, special policies may apply.Hong Kong Government will impose a ban on single-use plastic products with the first stage set to take effect on 22 April, 2024. Hotel is barred from providing customers with free disposable plastic items such as bottled water, shaving kit and shower cap. - the location is perfect. In the same building as a mall with lots of restaurants for breakfast (as the hotel only can serve a pre booked breakfast in the room) and dinner. If you go to the 3rd floor in the mall, there is a very nice outdoor playground for the children. The metro is there as well. Cool neighbourhood with the known "sneakers" market, "goldfish" market and so on. - The pool was really nice. Nice temperatur and a good size for swimming. - The rooms are modern, big and fits a family of four without any problem. Clean rooms! - Ask for a room above the 8th floor (as they park cars on the 8th) and a view of the city. It´s amazing!

It’s the second time I was in this hotel. I just stayed here cause it’s convenient. But to be honest, the staff members are not friendly at all. A bit cocky and impatient. SHOUT OUT to the BELL BOYS.. they’re helpful and super friendly and lovely people! The hotel is located at the mongkok mall. Very nice for shopping. There’s also a train station underneath the mall. Super convenient. Will I stay there for the third time?… no, sorry I won’t. I was disappointed by the reception staff, I booked the hotel and on booking it says I payed. And at the end they say I didn’t. No worries, I payed I again, then I just received almost a month later my money back on my card, saying that I did payed. So all the commotion for nothing. So of course I was not happy.

The service was fast, efficient and incredibly smooth. Particularly liked the robot check-in / check out process, although it did get confused by me booking 2 rooms for my party, reception resolved it painlessly for me. Location within MOKO mall was excellent, so close to shops, eateries and MTR. Living in the UK, I regularly stay in much more expensive hotels in London and across Europe. Royal Plaza was great value and the quality of service was superb. I wish all hotels were more like this!

Easy access anywhere, food, transport, nice gym, outdoor pool. Concierge, housekeeping etc, all very service oriented and warm. Great place to stay for my family.

Location is superb as the MOKO Mall is right next to it. All the local F & B and shopping are within walking distance and the Mongkok East MTR station is just below the MOKO mall which allows ease of travel around Hong Kong. The security to the rooms are much better with controlled access at the lift lobby.

I have been here before, and would definitely stay here again if I travel to Hong Kong. The staff (including cleaning staff) has been very helpful despite my many questions and requests. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, amazing view and quiet. The location is the main reason we booked here, you can not get any more closer the shopping areas and various transport.

Convenient location. Easy access to MOKO shopping centre. Amazing variety of restaurants within the vicinity. MTR is in the immediate vicinity.
