We had rooms near the elevator 1704 n 1705 it was so noisy in the morning 630am. We actually came out n had to tell the people to stop the noise Elevator is so slow. long wait Concierge was quite rude when we ordered a taxi to airport. We asked for taxi n he said he will call us one. N a fren suggested maybe cld do user n Concierge was upset n asked so u want taxi or not .... we were shocked n my husband was getting upset . I immediately said yes. We will take taxi n Concierge was very abrupt. Maybe it is a language problem in using the right words but his facial expressions n body language was bad n reflected impatience.

The location is perfect for Causeway Bay Metro station. I thought the breakfast was a little expesive. It was very easy to get breakfast in the morning outside of the hotel.

Rosedale has great location with easy access to various mode of transportation (trams, MTR, buses (even the bus direct to HK Airport Terminal 1 is just at its door step) and walking distance to Causeway Bay shopping area. It is at the end of Causeway Bay which is not as busy but you still can get access to good shopping, eateries, money changers, even laundry shop around the corner. Staff are friendly and helpful, from reception, doormen to housekeeping. This is our family's 3rd or 4th stay at Rosedale and we would love to come back again when we visit HK next time.

HK was exceptionally cold end of march but everyday the Aircon was on full with no thermostat. 1st stay the room had cans of mineral water everyday, but 2nd stay had a jug of still water.

Excellent in every way. The location cannot be better! Public transport literally across the street. Lots of local eateries and convenient stores. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent value for money, and yes the room/bathroom are large!

The location of the hotel was excellent. It only takes a few minute walk to reach the bus, train, and tram stops. The bed was comfortable and the size of the room was just enough to be able to open our luggage at the same time. They also kindly gave us rooms all adjacent to each other which was really convenient, especially because we were traveling with a lot of elderly people and had to check on them every now and then.
