Guests checking in at or before 12:00 at noon will be charged an additional fee.
When making the reservation, please provide the credit card holder's name in English.
All bookings must provide full guest name in English (must same as Passport / ID card) and individual guest name for each booking, otherwise, we may not be accepted for Check-in. Guest name cannot be changed/ added once booking confirmed.
Please note that name on the credit card that is presented upon check-in must match the name on the reservation. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel. If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival: 1) Authorisation letter with cardholder's signature 2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature) Please note that hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes.

Riverside, nice walking distance to Railways and Plaza. Lots bus lines and metro station 15 minutes walking. Check in and out easy. Enjoy the stay

Big variety of choices, including fresh fruit is a big bonus for myself personally. Staffs are very good. Tables are very clean. Location of my room was very good, only one room next to mine, pretty quite. Room service ladies are very friendly and helpful.

Nice friendly staff from reception to concierge and even housekeeping. Big spacious rooms, has bathtub, nice smell of shower gel and shampoo, drinking water at an instant tap, daily room makeup, rare provision of Chinese teabags (pu ‘er and jasmine) which I like. and alarm will sound when door not close properly. Easy to reach via airport bus. Accessible to various part of HK via 2 nearby MTR stations.

I like the size of the room. The family room fits four people exactly and considering that we have big luggages. I so love the mountain view, too. Staring outside the window looking at the view of the mountain while drinking my coffee was absolutely perfect 👌. The laundry also came in handy.

I like the easy booking and the counter staffs are friendly, I booked through booking.com for my standard room, but no standard room was available, the counter staff upgrade me to a better room.
