Well located in Tsim Sha Sui within walking distance to major CBD and Nathan road, you can cross the bridge on foot and walk on waterfront with spectacular views of Victoria harbour. Plenty of good food choices outside hotel. Rooms are big and modern but lack maintenance, If I have a choice within same budget I would prefer to nook another hotel in my next trip within same location.

Clean room with water filter, Fast service, accommodating staff, big area to left luggage, near to bus station for transfer to airport. My family had our little Christmas celebration.

Location is good with plenty around and nearby. Not at the heart of touristy TST (along with the noise, crowd and traffic), but also not too far from it. The room is a bit bigger than my disneyland hotel room (which also has 2 queen beds).
