Staff at information desk is good for solving problems.such as the porter misled me to queue in wrong line .she could get me on track immediately.

Good prices. Location is okay but there are shuttle bus to the train station every 5 minutes so still consider convenience

The Hotel has a good location right exactly opposite the harbour. Good view, no noise, etc.

The room is very good for the price and the wifi connection is very stable. The only problem is no restaurant. We need going outside for meal every time.

there is no Cafe or dinning venue facilities in the hotel.Clients need to have a place to relax as the rooms are too small
