The most important aspect i appreciated was the owner's fast responsiveness to address a complaint i raised about another guest smoking in the early hours of the morning. The place being non smoking was essential to my decision to stay here, also considering my breathing issues. The location is in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, close to the MTR, museums and malls (5 min walk max). I'd recommend the rooms that have the balcony to have a view of the surrounding buildings and streets

We had the junior suite and it was perfect. Much bigger than the photos. Room had all the things you need for a comfortable stay, washer, UV dryer, slippers, kitchen utensils, extra blankets. Superb location.

Basically everything is perfect. Good location, house is new and super clean. I like that it comes with a water dispenser and washing machine.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Had great amenities like the kitchen, washing machine & tumble dryer. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere from when you arrive out of the lift.

The Location is perfect to explore Hongkong. Although the room is not too big, it's basically all you need. Check-in and flexibility was great. I did not really use the shared space, but it's there if you'd need it. Also, there is some really great and affordable restaurants nearby.

Convenient as a stop over when arriving late at night. Management made sure I was able to access my room despite their restricted reception opening times

The staff was very friendly and we luckily got an upgrade. Instead of the normal 9m2 room we got a brand new family studio, so our stay was really really nice! That's why we give it a 10.
