The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were all very friendly and professional. We made a complaint about slamming doors by guests next door, the duty manager acted on it right away. The room was much bigger than what you get in other hotels.

We got upgraded to an executive suite over Christmas and there was a bath in the bathroom which I really loved. The location is really good because there is a mall at the base of the hotel which is super convenient. Breakfast was great.

Well ... nothing special, as expected for Hong Kong, expensive hotel with a small room. Attractive Chinese New Year 's decorations -- congratulations! Helpful staff.

Great location with many buses and walkable via overhead bridge to 2 MTR stations. Many taxis available, and nearby shopping malls and eateries. Housekeeping and cleanliness were also very good. There's a laundromat in there and it's kept clean and orderly. Gym is clean and well-maintained.

Very well located, our room was big and comfortable, near the grocery store and restaurants, Bus stop is located infront of the hotel (going to and from the Airport)
