Incredibly clean and all staff very keen to help in any way possible and accomodate. Staff at reception very friendly and allowed me to switch from a double bed to two twins on arrival, domestic staff very friendly on hand to help (special mention to Amyko). Overall 10/10 stay

Everything was easy and within reach. The staff were good to help and point us in the direction of things we wanted to visit like Macau Ferry. the big Buddah, Victor harbour etc. thank you

Location is great, subway just across the street. Room is clean. It would be perfect if the room can be bigger. Love the warm water provided. Staff is very friendly.

The room was spacey. Big enough to open two suitcases and still be able to move around. Unusual for asian region :) Loved the idea of having a cooler in the passage. Very convinient, didn't have to worry about water supply. The AC was also nice and almost quiet. We booked a room on 21+ floor and got one according to our reservation. We arrived early (about 1 p.m.) but didn't have to wait to check in, wich was a pleasent surprise for us. Subway in 3 minutes walk (Tin Hau station). More peaceful and quiet than Causeway Bay/Wan Chai, but still very close to cener of island Hong Kong.

I like the most is the location of the hotel because its very easy to take public transport like train- station is just across the street, bus- airport city bus stop was just few steps away, food- outside theres a chinese authentic resto, not to forget the tram- waiting/stop station was so near.. malls and park
