Gym, pool (though cold in winter) and sauna facility, lounge use and view on 15th floor, restaurant availability. Close to shops. Sufficient sitting areas at entrance very welcome. It was a good gesture to give guests a reduced price for restaurant use (could be more generous though or improved the standard further). Facility to store luggage safely for late flight was very welcome!

Superb service from the staff. Not just the staff at the counter, but also those standing around the reception area, and even the cleaning lady at our floor. Good location as it is within walking distance from Avenue of Stars and Tsim Sha Tsui shopping area. Toilet was very clean and room was well lit with natural lighting too.
