Location, there are several convenience stores, bus stop just nearby. Shuttle bus provided every hour to nearest MTR Station. Even though the hotel is a bit old, but they maintain the room. Bathroom is good, room size just okay for HK standard, we got 2 rooms with connecting door. We really satisfied with this hotel, value for money.

We availed for a Deluxe Family Room. Rooms are clean and comfortable to stay with. Housekeeping service is quite friendly. Location is mid-far from city centre thus no much noise heard from outside. With nearby convenient store and pharmacy. 400m walk to nearest McDonalds (Waterloo Road), 900m walk to Jollibee (Nathan Road).

Good room for 3 persons. Lots of restaurants in area. MTR is 15 minutes walk, but hotel offers shuttle bus once a hour. Concierge was very helpfull.

Perfectly good hotel, location and room were fine, W-Fi worked, no air conditioning in room but it wasn't really a problem as we were only there for one night.

The location is alright, not too far away from Mong Kok but it is still a 15 mins walk, and the room is just a standard business hotel size in Japan, but my friend told me it is quite big by the local standard, I think he is right and it is comfortable enough for a short stay. There is free water to take in the lobby, which is a great benefit considering the price of bottled water on the street.
