The location was perfect, MRT Jordan exit D then turn left and walk about 200 m. You'll see the hotel sign. Price is reasonable for big room. You can walk to Tsim Sha Tsui

The location is amazing, you have everything you need close to you. MTR is only 2 minutes away and dockside is around 15 minutes.

Location was fantastic. Just beside the hotel was a very nice roast goose restaurant. Place is also very near to Jordan station which was a plus point. Fuss-free hotel at very reasonable price.

It is a basic hotel. The room was impeccably clean and it was comfortable. The hotel is starting to look tired in places but this is reflected in the price, this would not stop me from returning. My room had a very nice view of a garden next to the hotel The bed was very comfortable with nice pillows. The bathroom was clean and larger than most in HK. The location is ideal for anyone wanting to stay in kowloon. The service is exceptional, the reception staff are very helpful. This hotel is not for difficult people with high expectations. Regular travellers will be very happy

During my stay at Metacity Living Hotel, I found the experience to be decent overall, though there are some areas for improvement. Cleanliness: 7/10 The room was reasonably clean, but there’s room for improvement, especially in some of the finer details. Building Condition: 7/10 The hotel building is a bit old, and it shows in certain areas, though it didn’t impact the functionality too much. Location: The location is fantastic, very convenient for accessing public transportation and popular areas in the city. However, the downside is the noise – I could hear vehicles passing by on the street, which might be bothersome if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, Metacity Living is a good choice if you value location over luxury, but be prepared for a bit of noise and some signs of aging in the building.
