The coffee machine did not work and only produced lukewarm coffee and tea! Also some of the electric sockets did not work. Both of these points were reported to reception when we left!

The room was located in a peaceful and quite area of the hotel. The bed exceptional and desk with all necessary working conditions

My family had a wonderful stay at the Shangri La Kowloon over the New Year. I do love that the Shangri La brand always has a beautiful lobby and it was decorated so lovely for the holidays. I also cannot underestimate how wonderful the water pressure was in the bathrooms - I know it is a strange thing to comment on but as a frequent traveller I can say it was the best pressure and hot water I have seen in a long time! Lastly, my kids could not stop talking about the breakfast - it was fantastic.

Everything! Comfortable beds and beddings, the view from our rooms, the service staff, breakfast and the special kids section although there were too many unhealthy snacks 🤣🤣🤣but kids loved them. The mini claw machine was a highlight for them, but better if the prizes were not more sweets but a mixture of small toys.

The hotel facilities were great. Proximity to the underground subway was very helpful. Breakfast was good but need to cater for more veg options and or meals that don’t all mostly have pork
