Excellent location. Right next to HKU MTR station. Room is clean and Staff very friendly. A Fei at the 20th floor is very friendly, always saying hi and asking us what we need :)

- Extremely near the MTR station. Station exit is just diagonally opposite the entrance of the hotel. - It is near the Central, just 3 stops away. - Clean, spacious room with enough space for a large luggage and 2 cabin-sized luggages. - Spacious bathrooms. The vanity counter has enough space for skincare and makeup products. - If you are travelling with family, the rooms have a connecting door. - Helpful receptionists who helped to make reservations for restaurants/book taxis.

I loved my stay here! The hotel is about a 30 second walk to the nearest subway station and is in a nice neighbourhood with shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and were happy to assist if needed. The room I stayed in was spacious, with a huge window along with a seat that ran the whole length of the window - great for reading! The hotel breakfast was amazing and had a great selection of different cuisines, with plenty of space to sit. There is also a rooftop pool, but I didn't get to try it this time around as the opening hours mean that they closed after coming back from sightseeing. I'll be staying here again when I come back to Hong Kong!

We were very surprised at the size of the twin room. We had plenty of space for our luggage and the size meant that are beds were not too close to each other.

It’s very close to HKU station, staffs are very helpful. They offered baby cot before we asked for it when they noticed we have an infant with us. Very observant and go extra miles to ensure our needs are being met.

Location and cleanliness. Close to food outlets and MRT. Staff friendly. Ms Iris in Cafe Malacca was most helpful and cheerful in serving us when we went for dinner at the cafe after a late check in. Thank you Iris.
