1. Location - Love it. I took airport bus A11 and I alighted at Gordon Road bus-stop and it takes me to talk to the hotel. From the hotel, it also took me 5-7 mins walk to bus stop & head back to airport, And it also takes 5-7 mins walk to Tin Hau station. Tram stop is r3-5 mins away from the hotel. 2. The local vibe environment with many eateries along the street 3. Room is spacious 4. Appreciate for the upgrade to executive room. 5. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel One Eighteen. It is very handy for Tin Hau MTR with plenty of small shops and restauarnts close by. It is comfortable and staff are friendly.

What you are booking is a comfortable hotel room. No restaurant but it does have a gym. The location is excellent for shops, cafes and restaurants. The MTR station is close.

We got the business suite...very spacious...not common in Hong Kong. Still expensive though, but if we compare with hotels of similar prices downtown...no way we could get rooms of this size. Don't expect any facilities here...they do not even provide toothbrushes. They provide washing machine (but no washing powder !), coffee machine (no coffee cap.). No swiming pool, Gym is located in another nearby hotel, no restaurants in the hotel, the lounge is closed (for whatever reason). The room is comfortable though. The bed is comfortable. We put an extra bed for my child...that bed was too hard ! The TV comes with several english language channels, wifi was good and the room was bright with enough lighting. cleanliness was good too. The staff was friendly, checking in was a breeze and after checking out the staff even offered to help us book our taxi without asking. But i must admit being able to speak cantonese would help... The hotel is located in the middle of a local residential area. shops and eateries are everywhere. The Tin Hau station (MTR) is within 200m away, a bus stop just 50m away and the Tram station about 100m away. The neighbourhood is very safe though. Basically, the hotel is suitably convenient and reasonably affordable (if compared to other mid range hotels).

The room is very clean. The location is really great. There are lots of restaurants around and the Victoria Park is also very close.
