- For all breakfast inclusive rates, breakfasts are offered for 2 adults only. There is an additional charge for children's breakfast.
- The property only provides chargeable airport limousine service. Guests who wish to use the service are kindly requested to inform the property in advance.
- The daily complimentary round trip shuttle between the hotel, Middle Road (between Kowloon Hotel and Peninsula Hotel) and The Sun Arcade (Peking Road, opposite to Harbour City) departs from the property and The Sun Arcade every 20 to 40 minutes starting from 08:00 until 22:00.
- The hotel is a non-smoking property (including all guestrooms, restaurants and a majority of public areas), underlining the commitment to provide healthier environments for all guests and associates.
- Guests are required to present the credit card used to make this reservation upon check-in at the hotel. For booking guaranteed by others, guests must contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing.

Everything, people friendly and attentive, accom clean and very comfortable(harbour side view room 2717) fantastic location for shopping both traditional and malls - to suit all needs and within good harbour side stroll 15 mins to star ferries - main link to hong king island.

Fabulous room, with partial harbour view. Wonderful shower room. Also included heated Outdoor pool, Sauna & gym. Excellent timeless lounge to chill after checkout & prior to departure. Free mini-bar contents included juice & 2 beers.

The staff of the hotel are amazing and so helpful, making our stay so enjoyable. The harbour view room is the best we could hope for that my husband and little girl were so happy and amazed about. Oh the buffet breakfast that’s included in the booking price is also wonderful, so many choices that everyone of us have what we like. Thank you so much!

Great value cause near but not in the most central area on Kowloon. Neighbourhoods near it had good restaurants.

We stayed here for 2 nights a few days before Christmas. We stayed at this hotel many times before, it's a unique hotel with good location, good view from the room. Love the breakfast, friendly staff, and attentive. The room is a bit small, for a couple and a 1 yr old baby after putting a cot next to the bed, but manageable. There is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool next to the gym, but due to winter cold weather, we did not try it this time. Overall it's a nice hotel, but it's a bit pricy, I guess it's due to closer to Christmas holidays.
