If you just need a clean bed to lie flat & dun mind about the rest. This is prefect. Bed sheet is clean, private toilet. Free wifi and there is a hot/cold water dispenser. Location wise is also nothing to complain about.

Price and location. Right on top end of Nathan road and very close to Trains and buses. Can walk to the star ferry and walk of fame in the Kowloon water front. The staff were polite and helpful and were happy to look after our bags for a few hours after check out time of 11.30.

This guest house provides good quality for the price in Hong Kong. The room was quite clean and if you’re in the city just for several days it’s a good choice 👍🏻 you have everything for a comfortable stay. There is a TV, a small fridge, an AC in the room. What I loved most of all is the quietness of the place, I spent their 2 nights and both of them I slept like a babe. The location is great, just 2 min to MTR. The staff was friendly and good thing that they speak English. Highly recommend this place and send special thanks to Oxara (one of the admins there) 🙏🏻

Central location , after difficult getting into the property and weird dodgy people from downstairs , we felt safe and relaxed . Small rooms but it’s normal for Hong Kong . We asked to get quiet rooms , and no problem with any noises . Big Bonus with hot and cold water in the corridor if you are on budget holiday.

Holiday Guest House is in the infamous Chungking Mansions. It is worth the visit. Its reputation of being a crime hotspot is historic and we felt safe the whole time. For Hong Kong this is probably good value. But it is very basic. Don't expect a world class towel, curtains or bedding - it's just the basics.

So, it’s a hostel, so obviously if you expect a big room (like some people in the comments here) you booked the wrong thing cause space is pricy in a crowded, busy city as Hongkong and consequently, when booking an accommodation as a visitor, you pay for every square meter. What I care about is the cleanliness of my room (it was clean) and the bed (it was comfy, I slept well). Some of the tiles in the bathroom had cracks and the shower ain’t very strong. Also, you need to turn on the boiler in time so that you can shower with hot water. Apart from one evening, the WiFi worked great, electricity was there. The staff was super friendly. There was construction work going on in the floor above my room and I couldn’t sleep at night due to the hammering. They let me change my room and were very understanding. Some of your neighbours can be a bit… rowdy, but the staff prepares you for that and also asks you to let them know if it becomes too much. I slept despite the giggly girls in the room next to mine, so… also the provide clean drinking water (hot and cold). The only thing that was genuinely upsetting (already mentioned, but still) is the slow elevators. Also, please pay attention to take the right elevator to get to your floor: the right one only stops at the uneven numbers, the left one at the even ones.
