Here I would like to give special praise to May and Tommy at the bar, their service attitude makes me always want to have a drink. There are also Jenny and Benny at the front desk, they’re very friendly and helpful every time I stay, and all of the concierge staffs friendly smiles show me they looked more professional than the concierge staff of a five-star hotel 😁. The staff who clean my room was very friendly.

Location was good due to work location and proximity to MTR. View from room (Floor 28) was excellent! Availability of hotels at the price paid, in Hong Kong, at <1 week’s notice is rare.

The location is convenient, just right in front of Door C of the Quarry bay MTR station, the surrounding is quiet & there's 7-11 just stone throw away.

Location was good, the room is very spacious. The size of the room exceeds the sizes of most room in Hong Kong. It had a separate living room, dining table and kitchen Loved that they had a sauna in the gym.

The trainee staff upgraded the room. Good empowerment and given the decision making. Most trainees may not confident enough to make certain decisions.

location is good, room is spacious, handy to public transports. The only set back is it is next door to the funeral parlour. Had not try the breakfast, had other arrangements.
