The room is perfectly clean every day. The staff is lovely and enthusiastic. Every piece of equipment in the room is really convenient and the view is wonderful. The location is also perfect as it's right next to Hung Hom station.

The location is good and shuttle bus for Tsim Sha Tsui is wonderful. The shuttle bus is always on time and you can find always a sitting place. It is so good especially when everything is crowded. We had a room with the view and it was nice to see beauty from your own room.

The position was very convenient, close to the subway and the boulevard along the river. The Patio Party to watch the fireworks over Victoria Harbour was great.

We got an upgrade so we got a suite with a living area, a kitchenette and a separate bedroom. It also has lovely seaview.
