This hotel has a good location, 5 minutes from the MTR (train) and tram stop. The tram (ding ding) was fantastic - only 30p a trip and very frequent. The room was good, large and well equipped, although it was a bit cold - the air con was quite fierce! The breakfast buffet was excellent with an egg/waffles station and lots of choice. When we booked the hotel last year it advertised as having a bar but unfortunately it doesn't. There a lot of bars around the hotel - most of these turn into Girlie Bars at night but there are plenty of other bars and restaurants within walking distance. Within a 100 yards of this hotel are an M&S Foodhall, a Starbucks and a Pret which was quiet surreal!

The location is great. The rooms are a reasonable size and kept clean. But I have stayed here on a number of occasions and I’m not sure why but I always find it difficult to sleep. It is very hard to regulate the room temperature. Even killing the aircon in the room, the ambient chill of the rest of the hotel seems to permeate its way into the room. The restaurants in the hotel are really good. For what it is, it’s probably not the most economic option in the area. MInd you, I’ve tried nowhere else…

I could do early checkin even I arrive before 12 noon, it was good. Checkout time is 12:00 noon. I could pack up my lagguage just before checkout. After checkout, I still could keep my lagguage in the hotel before the flight and enjoy my lunch. Location is perfect, it is easy to access almost most location by train, tram, ferry, bus.

Large, spacious, clean and comfortable rooms the location of this hotel is ideal for getting around HK with a metro station less than 5 minutes walk away and plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby. If we were to stay in HK again we would definitely rebook here.
