We stayed at Dorsett for the first time and had a great overall experience. The hospitality was exceptional, and we truly appreciated their attentiveness. As vegetarians, we were pleasantly surprised that they catered to our dietary needs, even though we hadn’t informed them in advance. Everything about our stay was wonderful, except for the location. We initially thought it was in the central Kowloon area, but it turned out to be quite far, though they do offer shuttle services. If location isn’t a primary concern, it’s definitely a great place to stay. Plus, it's a newly opened property, launched in September 2024.

Some of the staff - Anne and Javid To - were friendly and helpful. They also understood English well. However, some of the staff at the restaurant and in other areas of the hotel did not understand English.

Modern property with a luxury feel, from the moment you arrive at the front doors. Rooms were excellent, staff extremely helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Everything was excellent and we do love their complimentary teddy bear. The room as lovely and the bed was comfy. We absolutely love our stay here. The breakfast option was good and they staff were accommodating and professional.

New hotel, but it was clear things were still in the works. Promotes sustainability, doesn’t provide amenities you would expect in a hotel, even things like bathrobes had to be requested. Free shuttle bus to Kai Tak which is handy as the location is awkward

asked for the youth stadium view, in my opinion more open than the harbour view. top floor bar is a nice place to hang out. wifi was stable and fast. staff are nice.
