Within 10 minutes taxi ride to the Airport Express Kowloon Station easily reaching Hong Kong International Airport, the property is only 4 minutes walk to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR subway station. Through direct public transport nearby, popular attractions including Ocean Park and Mong Kok’s Ladies’ Market are conveniently connected.
Shopping can be endless – from Nathan Road to Canton Road – all is within walking distance. Hit the Avenue of Stars fronting Victoria Harbour; hang around for the nightly multimedia show named A Symphony of Lights. The lifestyle-serviced apartment features spacious guest rooms for modern comfort.
Starting from April 22, 2024, the welcome amenities kit will no longer include toothbrushes, toothpaste, and bottled water, in accordance with new regulations introduced by the Hong Kong government to control the use of disposable plastic products. In our commitment to exceptional guest experiences, we will be offering an eco-friendly toiletry kit for purchase at the reception for HKD $10. This kit includes two wooden toothbrushes with paper-packaged toothpaste and two pairs of cloth slippers. Additionally, bottled water can be purchased at the reception for HKD $5 per bottle (770ml). The rooms were really nice and comfortable. Also the location of the hotel is very central, which is very convenient in such a big city. Staff was friendly to.

The location is good but if you are first time travelling to HK and you’ve selected Dash Living, remember it’s opposite Oasis Avenue. Though MTR has the signage, but once you’re out of the MTR, it’s hard to find if you’re first timer.

Loved the bathroom. Had a wonderful rainfall shower, although the switch to get the water out of the rainfall head was really stiff! Lovely pillows and bed not uncomfortable. Great location. 2 minutes from Tsm Sha Tsui underground station. Really easy to get about.

Very nice boutique kinda property bigger than usual rooms in hk. And without any hesitation they gave me an early check in almost 2 hours prior thanks to that.
