The hotel locates near a subway station and a bus and a tram stop, so it is easy to travel there. The breakfast was very good: there were both European and Asian foods. The service was good and the staff friendly.

Great location. Executive lounge staff Jason & Moby were very professional yet friendly, and helpful. Elevator could be taken to the bottom which went straight to Pacific Place shopping centre and a short walk to the Metro. Pool was open but seemed private. Conrad provides robes & towels and the change rooms and showers were convenient.

Excellent location, could walk to any locations in HK (downtown central, peak tram, many malls, a supermarket is located in the mall below the hotel), exceptional bay view from the bedroom, very good breakfast

Location is good. Lots of high-end shopping. Connected to MTR. Room is clean and bed is good, although deco looks dated. Breakfast is average, not much varieties.

Location was a short taxi from the harbour front as we were staying for the Clockenflap festival. The mall below was wonderful. We spent a lot of time shopping and eating at the restaurants there. We also enjoyed some time resting by the pool and in the hot tub after checking out. The breakfast restaurant was really nice, we enjoyed our meal there.
