Bed allocation is random, however guests can request a specific location upon additional charge, this however is subject to availability.Please note that guests are required to check in at the front desk located on the 2nd floor of the Kwong Wah Mansion.To use the private locker service, please bring your own lock or buy one at the reception.Please note credit card is used for pre-authorization purpose only.Check Inn holds various kinds of tours and courses irregularly, for example, hiking tour or cookery course. For further information, guests are welcome to contact any staff in the hostel.Please be reminded that the name on the credit card must match the guest’s name for checking in. The credit card used for booking must be presented upon check-in for verification.

Clean bathroom facilities The common area for socialising Prime location in Wanchai. 5 minutes from station and 1 minute from tram stop. Really close to lockhart road

Room was clean, staff was helpful. The location was also great, super easy to walk around Wan Chai from this location. Good place for a quick two-night stay.

Nice common area, the staff is very friendly and helpful. During my stay, there were some problems with the network connection, but after informing the staff everything was solved quite fast. Great localization, lots of good restaurants in the area, some bars too.

Even if it was fully booked, everything was clean: bedrooms and bathrooms. The Wi-Fi was working well and you have free coffee at the checking floor. Initially employees looked a bit unfriendly, but lately I discovered that it was just for language barriers and they are really willing to reply to questions and provide suggestions.

It's always very convenient staying here, my second time staying for around 10 days. You have the facilities you need and at a great price. If you just need somewhere to sleep while in hong kong i reccomend it.

Very nice position, super friendly staff, cheap price expecially compared to the area but very good service. Clean. The also do the laundry and exchange currency for you

The location is good, 7 mins walk from a metro and only 30 minutes walk from centre. Close to harbour, some nightlife, restaurants etc. The staff were kind and helpful and extending was easy. The properly is very clean and showers had good water pressure and hot water.

staff were lovely and the directions to the hostel we spot on. they have a supply of handy things you can buy if you forget your own. good location in HK, good access to island line on the MTR too.
