Booked a family room which was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Location was good. Hotel nicely done up for what used to be a factory….not what you expect as doesn’t look like hotel from the road.

The room was nice and spacious (for being in Hong Kong). A bit dated but clean and staff was really helpful with additional request. The wifi was really good. Good transport options to town, though quite far, but we didn't mind as we valued it being in a quiet area and the bigger size room.

Good housekeeping and I really treasure this very much! Very neat and tidy everyday when we returned to our room, and please keep up with this good work. The laundry is a bonus for long stay. Some people may not like the location(it may not be great to walk to the nearest transport/eatery in rainy days), but the tranqulity is what I look for in such a busy city and surely you will have some good rest there. Room is spacious, and you could have some space for luggage and walk around in the room. It is near to Telford shopping plaza, and Kwun Tong area where shopping could be handy, and you may find some interesting shops in industrial area.

Clean and for Hong Kong, spacious rooms, cordial staff and a nice restaurant that I did not end up going to, but seemed to have tasty things on the menu.
