Please reconfirm the address and guesthouse name at the front desk upon arrival. In cases of no-show, guests will be charged as per the guesthouse's policy.
If guest books 3 rooms or above, different policy may apply - the charge of first room night is non-refundable and will be first charged.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
