The location was 10/10 close to the MTR station, convenience stores and some great cafes. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was very clean and well maintaned.

Great location, right outside the A11 bus from the airport, walking distance to Wanchai MTR. The rooms are a bit small for a family of 3 (5 year old) so hope you enjoy sharing a double. Level 19 has a skygarden which is a nice open air gym and rest area.

Room is clean. Toilet is very clean. Good shower area with strong water pressure. Room is on the small side. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is very close to MTR station. Overall stay is very pleasant.

They were very kind when receiving us and even allowed us to check in early, which they didn’t have to do. We had a long flight with a layover during the day, so this was much appreciated. The room was clean, with good water pressure, excellent air conditioning, and effective shutters that kept the room really dark — perfect for resting. The location was ideal. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating, even giving us great recommendations for breakfast spots. Their English was very good as well. Overall, we have nothing bad to say!

Easy to get to from the airport. The A11 bus stops right outside. It is a fantastic location 3-4 mins from Wan Chai MTR. Plenty of buses, trams nearby etc to get you to other spots in HK. Spotless rooms, neighbours were quiet, rooms are soundproof. The sky garden was fantastic for getting out of the room to eat and drink meals. There’s also a gym on the same floor and a water fountain. Great local shops, supermarket, 7/11, Circle K, restaurants, 24/7 launderettes nearby. The staff were great at answering questions, housekeepers greeted me in the morning. I felt very safe in the area at night as a solo female traveller.

Rom was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and efficient. There was a voucher for discounted breakfast at the little cafe next door. Water was available on 19th floor at the rooftop garden.
