Close to many shops, public transport, airport bus. Very helpful and friendly hotel staff. Because I just came out of hospital that morning, the staff let me have a room at 12 m..d. instead of waiting till the usual check-in time.

I wasnt happy with the room I booked because it didn’t look like what I saw online. It was so dark and small. We stayed there for one night and I rang to make a complaint and we go upgraded to a nicer room at no extra charge. Denise, Manager on Duty was so helpful and so were the stuff. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Great location, quick and efficient quick in process, reasonably friendly staff that spoke good english. The room was of good size and had comfortable beds, good wifi, mini fridge, USB charging points at the bed and was quiet from street noise
