We spent our 21-day quarantine in a suite which was bright & spacious & had a large pantry area which made food preparation easy. 19/F - partial seaview. Staff were very helpful and obliging. Requests were fulfilled promptly and cheerfully. Special mention for housekeeper Ada & her team, and guest services Grace and her team. We did not get the name of the young woman in PPE who checked us in on 23 May 2021 around 1pm but she was very courteous & helpful too. Thanks also to all the bellboys who brought us our deliveries and food orders so promptly, without any expectation of a tip. It may be a 4-star hotel but the service is 5-star!

Good size of the suite (25sqm) for a quarantine stay. Mini fridge & kettle provided. Toiletries supplied (shampoo/soap/toothbrushes/toothpaste). Good WiFi signal. Soundproofing was correct. External deliveries were always delivered to my room within 5min. Respectful daily routine (no call before 9am, meals served on time)
