Connie and Nick on reception were great, very helpful, good local knowledge and as I extended several times, always helpful getting me the best rates possible. Generally all staff I encountered were very warm and welcoming

Honestly an outstanding hotel in Hong Kong, worth every penny. The view is breathtaking and the value for money really good. Roof top terrace is amazing, too. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Super close to public transport!

We got upgraded. The City view from the room was stunning. Convenience store and 7-11 are nearby too.

Room view was incredible - was the best part of the entire experience! Comfortable bed and decent lighting and facilities.

Rooms were great. Large (for Hong Kong Standards) and the additional sitting area (doubles as a dining area / desk / ) was very handy especially with the kitchen and cooking facilities. The bathroom was spacious and nice and I appreciated the Malin and Goetz toiletries. Floor to ceiling windows in the room gave made the room feel more spacious and provide a lot of light. Location was convenient 5-8 mins walk to Central area, a couple of minutes walk to Sheun Wan MRT

1) Friendly PM reception and house cleaning team 2) Spacious room 3) Smart TV 4) Lot of useful mirrors 5) Water filter is ideal but would be great if it came with cold water

The location is good. It is near the subway station and convenient for the main train station and the boat to Kowlooon.
