This is hospitality at its best. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed so warmly. Benjamin came out to greet us and ensure there was a parking space available. He gave us a great tour of the facilities and the room, and even said that if we wanted to let our big dog run around to put him into his own private garden. The room was just lovely, a good size bedroom, a little dining area and bathroom. Lots of period features, very tastefully decorated. Breakfast was very good; bread, cheese, ham and eggs any way you please. Very well located and an easy walk in to the centre of Honfleur, what a delightful place! Thank you so much Benjamin and Craig for our stay, we wish it had been longer but we will return!

Very friendly welcome. Perfect situation for the town nice and quiet plus bonus of free street parking. Very spacious room, comfortable bed and a good shower.

First the people. Benjamin and his dad are wonderful hosts. Second the location is perfrct: close the old harbour, restuarnts, bars, shops, etc., but not TOO close. Third parking (in October, at least) is easy.

Location was great for just walking into town and to the harbour. The service at the hotel was absolutely first class. Breakfast was order what you want and it was cooked freshly.

Great breakfast and Benjamin makes great omelettes. Lots of other choices and even a homemade apple pie.Room was very spacious and nicely decorated.

The son, Ben, aged approx 30 couldn’t have been more helpful assisting with parking, luggage etc. he even made scrambled eggs for breakfast in addition to the usual French breakfast. Being brought up in Honfleur by Scottish parents he was fluent in both French and English. A definite advantage. The entrance to the hotel is just a double door in a narrow street but opens up into a lovely courtyard and sitting area. The room was good and even had a place with kettle to make coffee etc. Free parking is a five minute walk up the road once we’d dropped our bags off. The shops are a five minute walk into town which is much bigger than we expected with load of eating places and cafe society. Definitely worth a visit. A very interesting place. The streets are very narrow single car streets so walking is preferable. This is definitely a hotel to recommend and the price is very reasonable.

Good location, came and helped us with parking, can be a bit tricky in Honfluer. Gave lots of local information, which was very helpful. Breakfast was very good with a choice to eat, great croissant and coffee. Great hosts really.made you feel welcome. We will definitely be returning, one night was not eno .
