Everything. The staff were welcoming and gave excellent service in all departments. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Excellent speed on wifi.

The location is good, not quite in the center of Hondarribia but a short walk away and the hotel is very clean.

The hotel is a short walk to the town in a quiet area.The staff were very friendly. The restaurant was excellent, it was the best food I had in my three weeks in Spain.

Lovely, clean hotel. Helpful and courteous staff. Wonderful visiting Hondarribia and seeing this part of Spain. Beautiful little town with interesting history.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. In particular, reception (especially June) and the housekeeping staff on floor one. Credit to hotel. Position of hotel was good and beds comfortable. Great air conditioning. Lots of free nearby street parking.
