We were given very complete instructions as owners do not live on site. They were easy to follow, and the room, although small, was very welcoming and the beds were very comfortable.

Both rooms, two singles and one double, were clean and very cosy with tea, coffee and biscuits. We had a parking space available on the drive. We were able to accommodate our labrador so that was a bonus. There is a nice pub / restaurant 10 minutes walk near the marina.

Thought the set up was a good idea. A hybrid of B&B and Air B&B. Use of thye dining room for meals worked well along with the optional breakfast.

Lovely comfortable clean room which was particularly welcome after a difficult journey. Claire was very responsive and reassuring when we contacted her to say we were delayed. Easy access, even though it was late at night.
