The leisure facilities at De Vere Cranage Estate can only be used by those over 16 years of age. Children can use the pool only at weekends, during set times. Please check with the hotel directly, using the contact details from your Booking Confirmation.Please note that the restaurant will be closed for New Year, in place a New Year Gala Dinner is available to book for GBP 75 per person.When booking 10 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.The credit/debit card used at the time of the booking needs to be presented upon check-in.Pets are allowed on request to the property and only availble in certain rooms at a cost of £30 per dogPlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time. A gorgeous estate, on the inside it has been converted however and looks just like a hotel. The place is smoothly run with large spaces that can be hired out for events and our room was warm and comfortable. The spa was lovely and everything we were hoping for (pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam). The breakfast was decent and the estate is easy enough to get to as it is signposted. We had the pleasure of seeing the grounds covered in snow and frost, absolutely beautiful, wish we could have stayed for longer. It was a relaxing environment we are likely to revisit in the future.

Staff all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was lovely, clean and comfortable in lovely private grounds…Awesome breakfast and spa facilities. We took a dog and he was made very welcome - The room was dog friendly with a bed and water/food bowl and treats provided which was a nice surprise.
