Breakfast was simple and great. I liked how it felt like a home away from home. The rooftop restaurant is simply spectacular and is a must for dinner! Shuttle back and forth to the Hard Rock is perfect.

Nice hotel with large room with mini fridge. Close the the Seminole Casino area and my visit to a Hard Rock live rock show. A McDonalds just outside. Nice staff in the reception and at the door.

Decor was LOVELY, gorgeous bronze fixtures in the bathroom and just generally very modern and stylish. Very well located for the hard rock property opposite and good amount of things within walking distance (7 11, food, etc). Bed was SO comfortable, room was spacious and we went for the guitar view which was a great touch. Didn't use the roof pool but looked pretty special. Staff were nice, especially the girls on the front desk and coffee shop.

The truth is that I had a good time at the hotel, everything was very good until today, the 19th, since they are constantly charging me money and supposedly it is due to a payment error, I left a deposit of 100 dollars which they did not return and they charged me 208 dollars a moment ago they just charged me 35 dollars more, well, they are going to take all the money from me little by little, plus the parking that I paid at the door outside the reception to the lady who was attending to the parking and they want to follow me charging for the parking that happens to you are crazy or the only thing I hope is that you clarify your problems and return all the money that you overcharged me and not continue taking money from my card
