The fine print
The hotel has a 24-hour drinking water service, complimentary coffee and tea in the mornings.
ll card charges made by the establishment will have a 4% service fee.
The property has crib service for any of the rooms.
Guests can only pay the remaining 50% of the amount of the reservation in cash at the time of check-in.
Please note there are no ATM's on the island. Guests are advised to ensure they have enough cash to cover all their expenses during their time there.
If at check-out time we identify any missing equipment and/or damages in premises, we will charge reparing expenses to the guest's card.
If the guest forgets or loses the room key, it would have a fee per MXN$150 to replace it.
If the guest leaves after the check-out time, would pay MXN$200 as extra fee per hour. And after 2 pm, if guest still at the room, would have to pay the amount of one additional night, without the right of stay.
If the guest wants to add an extra person to the reservation, must notify in advance, and will be charged MXN$200 per person per night.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Huge windows in the room AC Very big and comfortable bed Friendly staff It's around 10min walk from the city centre, so there are no parties nearby during the night Nice terrace on the top (although jacuzzi doesn't seem to work) Nice design inside

Everything! The location is perfect. You can be in the center in 5 minutes walk and at the same time it is in a quiet area. The staff were very helpful. They helped with everything we needed. You can also rent bicycles easily. The atmosphere is great! The place is very interesting and relaxing.

Very clean place close to the beach, located in a very quiet area with great staff. We really appreciated the daily room cleaning and the delicious free coffee every morning. That truly made our day!

Warm welcome, friendly hosts, free coffee in the morning. The room was cozy and very clean. The outdoor area offers hammocks and sun chairs, however during the rainy season, this area is not very usable. Indoor living room which was also cozy.
