The hotel boasts excellent facilities, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and cleaned daily. However, we recommend guests check that the balcony doors are properly locked after cleaning, as they were not always re-locked during our stay. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel provided fresh towels, soap, and beach towels, which we appreciated. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is also a highlight—just a 15-minute walk to the town center, with taxi rides back in the evening costing only 150 pesos.

Very beautiful and clean rooms. We got a lovely honeymoon surprise with flowers on our bed. All facilities are in very good shape and the staff is friendly & helpful.

We had a lovely stay at My Blue Hotel, the hotel itself is beautiful, we thought it looked even better than the pictures. The pool was great and it backs right onto the beach. Breakfast was really good every morning in their restaurant and the staff were very helpful with booking taxis and trips etc. It’s in a very convenient location and you can walk to the town easily down the beach.

The staff are all friendly; the hotel grounds are beautiful; nice infinite pool. Lounge chairs at the beach; walking distance to town. Very comfy bed. Breakfast is very good, plenty of choices.

Very friendly staff, comfortable beds and spacious, very clean rooms. The hotel is conveniently located about a 10/15min walk along the beach to town, which makes for a really nice and quiet setting. 10/10 would recommend.

Our stay was pleasant. The staff is generally very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, not special but really well taken care of. The rooms were very spacious, next to the pool and towels and all other stuff was very good! Reception and check in/out was perfect and the pools were super clean and nice. Sunbeds at the beach were nice and pleasant. Location also good.

The location right on the Holbox beach. Like paradise. The staff nice and welcoming. After checkout, they have 2 privet bathroom that we use to shower and change clothes. They gave us towels and shampoo

Comfortable beds, friendly staff especially at the bar/restaurant and the pools were lovely! We loved the location on the beach and enjoyed the option for sun loungers on the beach or at pool. Showers were so nice!
