The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very chill, farther from the center, but still waking distance (15 min). The pool in the Alma bar is very nice with a great view specially of the sunset.

Stunning location with lots of restaurants nearby. We had the best guacamole and mojitos by the pool upstairs at Villas Tiburon, made by the lovely father and son from Venezuela. The breakfast and lunch was great downstairs also.

Extremely friendly staff at reception, beach as well as housekeeping. We needed a doctor on site and the staff understood the sense of urgency and was extremely helpful. The hotel is at the end of the beach which is a nice and quiet area (with very little seaweed compared to other beaches) and directly accessible from the hotel. The luscious, green garden is beautiful! Our room was extremely spacious (2x double bed) and clean. On each floor there's fresh mineral water to tap from; delicious and environmental friendly

The room was absolutely huge and the stuff always did a cute little sculpture with the fresh towels. We loved the bar with the pool and the hammock which was located on the roof of the hotel. Louis was the server that always brought us the food and drinks to the beach. He is sooo nice, we absolutely loved to get served by him.
