It is a lovely place situated outside town but very good connected and easy to reach the old town, hotel offers you 2 transport a day to shopping areas and 2 back to the hotel. They are very quick to answer messages and solve whatever you need. It was until today the best bed in Vietnam, and the people working at the hotel they are all amazing, specially Uyen and Thoi.

So peaceful and wonderful stay. Staff was so helpful and accommodating. They even made us a sack breakfast for our 4am departure to the airport. We loved our time here.

Location is 15mins away from old town, but easily to get there with shuttle or grab. Lovely family style hotel, feel relaxing and like home. Staff are all very kind and helpful.

“This is my second stay in Hoi An, and Zen remains my top choice. The fresh, cool atmosphere and lush greenery create a peaceful retreat. The serene overwater spa, along with the gym and yoga area, provide a perfect balance of relaxation and activity. The staff are friendly, and the diverse food options, including a buffet breakfast and a restaurant open until evening, are excellent. Although it’s 3-4 km from the ancient town, the convenient shuttle service makes exploring effortless. Highly recommended for anyone seeking tranquility and exceptional service.”

- The property is surrounded by nature and is a perfect location to relax. - Extremely friendly staff. - All meals are available upon request. - Facilities are good when maintained regularly. - The room is cleaned regularly by housekeeping staff. Small suggestion: this season in Hoi An, exploring Cham Island is great because of its clear sea water and going to see coral.

Wow! We stayed three nights at Zen Retreat Hoi An and it was amazing! The property is just outside the old town in a very serene location by the river, very good to relax! The staff is incredible going above and beyond to help make your experience incredible. Thank you!

Nice spacious room. Clean. Very friendly staff. Beautiful surroundings a few kilometers from old town. Free shuttle is available to the old town.
