The location is excellent, about 5 mins walk to the ancient town. There are tailors and shops right outside the homestay. The popular Madam Khanh Bánh Mí is just 1 min walk away. Cong, the host, and his 2 cute dogs are very friendly :)

great location on edge of the old quarter, it is away from the river so safe from floods. location is quiet as it is not on a big road and there are lots of choices for food and drinks. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Air conditioned if needed.

Cong is an amazing host and this has to be the best thing about the stay. Will address your every need and is always there to help. The room was clean, good clean spotless linen and a clean washroom. It’s walking distance to Old town. More than you can ask for at that price range. Will visit again.

We loved everything about this homestay! The host was amazing and our rooms were cleaned each day, with fresh water and towels! We were so well looked after! We will come back!

Location wise very convenient, many good restaurants or food stall to go for even being late. Mr Khang is very capable and kindhearted. Two puppies are the cutiest - never barked at us and seems we have some chemistry 😉

Good emplacement I’m few minutes from the old town with cafe restaurant and bars also the market. Bike is for free in the hotel. Mr Cong is really nice person always here to answer our questions and helps us booking for excursions. Excellent stay
