1) New looking rooms, clean and spacious. 2) Staffs were friendly and awesome, spoke good English and provided recommendations on where to go and what to do. 3) Access to free beach chairs and towels under RAON group. Good food at the beach restaurant. 4) Beach was 5 mins walk from hotel. 5) Quiet location but quite far from old town and night market.

The caretakers are wonderful young people who will make you feel at home the moment you arrive. The young chap even rented his scooty to me so that I could go to Hoi An and Marble Mountain. However, due to an minor misunderstanding at Hoi An, the scooty was towed and I had to pay 2Million VNDs to a tout in order to get it safely back. I explained this all at the hotel and they were so considerate and shocked that such a thing happened with us that they actually did not charge me anything for the scooty rent. Nice little place with a pool. Young chap is learning to play the guitar and is pretty much in love. The pool is all yours. Do not miss this place if in Da Nang (Hoi An). DREAMY!

Staff was very nice and also there were some good options nearby for food and scooter rental. We were there during rainy days so the overall experience was not so great due to the weather.

Cleaning could be better. There were a few things not cleaned in the bathroom, but were addressed when I pointed them out. Linh was over the top helpful!! Location is ok, most things were within walking distance. Although Grab does deliver there, so that was a great option for rainy days! View was not great, but ok. Lots of trees obstruct the seaview, unless you are one a high floor). I would recommend blackout curtains be put in the rooms and for adjoining rooms, a blind to cover the door's window ( I was at the mercy of my neighbour as to when I could get to sleep, as their light shone through). Lots of potential here for a wonderful hotel with a few minor improvements.
