Lovely manager who was so helpful, he let us come downstairs to make noodles in the kitchen area. Bed was really comfy! Had a fridge in the room to keep our water cold, shower was powerful and room was clean! Also really good value for money! We even stayed an extra night!

The owner of the property is so nice and suggested some really nice things to do while we were in Hoi Ann. We were in room 302 which is the top floor and has access to a small balcony which was shared between the other rooms on that floor. The room has a comfy double bed with good pillows which allowed for a comfy sleep. When we went to Hoi Ann it was 37 degrees so very very hot so the aircon was not the best, but it did cool the room down by the evening which was good. There was large shower room which could so like a little fixing but overall you get what you paid for (£9 a night). The owner also arrange a taxi for us to the airport which was 300 DNG which is very reasonably priced to Da Nang airport. We did not go into the pool but it looked great.

The hosts were so lovely and even gave us a free upgrade on arrival- the pool area was so nice and it was in a great location near Hoi An town
