I felt truly welcomed by the host and staff during our stay. They went above and beyond to accommodate any requests, making our experience even better. The property itself is ideally positioned and has a cozy, homey atmosphere that made us feel right at ease.

Excellent, budget friendly accommodation right at the river's edge and within easy walking distance to so much. Our room was clean and comfortable with a smart TV, fridge, good sized bathroom and a balcony. The bed was also quite comfortable. There is an outdoor pool downstairs, along with an indoor/outdoor Cafe with super friendly and relaxed vibes. There are also bicycles for guests to use at no extra cost. Cindy and her husband run the villa, and they couldn't be more delightful, beaming with genuine care and generosity with their time and advice.

Cindy and NaNa were exceptional hosts. They were very helpful and NaNa sorted our trains as we had a problem doing it, even though she was off unwell. Cindy was always there to help with a smile. Rooms nice and clean with a lovely view. Perfect location.

Location is perfect, walking distance to markets and old town. Free bikes so handy. Hotel staff were so helpful for everything we needed during our stay.

The property is located at the heart of Hoi An. Easily walkable to all things nice around the place. We had taken up a motorbike from the reception and used that extensively to explore around.

The location is really good and so is the service. We had a very amazing surprise as we had a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. I really recommend for you to choose this place if you come to visit Hoi An. Unfortunately I was so busy as we left, so I didn’t say goodbye to the staff, but thank you for your help and availability during our stay !

A lovely and charming hotel, in a great location to explore the old town in Hoi An. It’s a short walk away which is nice as you get away from the noise of the bars in the centre. The host was very charming and helpful. For the prices they charge, it’s impossible to knock any points off!
