Beautiful place, all facilities maintained well, clean, staff are nice and friendly. Room is big and comfortable, the sheets are silky smooth. Awesome breakfast.

The pool was amazing!! The staff were wonderful and really attentive. The breakfast was amazing and the rooms were lovely.

A lovely brand spanking new hotel with charming and helpful staff. The breakfasts were great and the Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner was superb. We would definitely stay here if we return to Hoi An (this was our second visit to the town)

1. This hotel is really beautiful and comfortable. We spent 5 nights here and got an immediate update upon check in. 2. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with a cute balcony overlooking the pool. 3. I really loved the location which was not too central. It’s about a 20 minute walk from the centre which I liked as I enjoy walking and being active but it rained everyday so we had to use a grab which was super cheap. 4. Breakfast was included in the booking and included a wide variety of options 5. They have a beautiful pool which unfortunately I did not get to use due to the rain, it didn’t stop all of us though as I saw many guests swimming :D 6. The happy hour drinks were fantastic 7. They have free umbrellas to use 8. The staff were super helpful and made sure we had a fantastic stay

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Saga Hoi An, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. A special thanks to Nhung, Thu, and Trang for their incredible hospitality and warmth. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine care made my stay unforgettable. Whether it was helping with recommendations, ensuring my room was perfect, or simply greeting me with a smile, they truly made me feel at home. The hotel itself is beautiful, with charming decor, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities. The location is perfect for exploring Hoi An, and the overall ambiance is serene and welcoming. I highly recommend Hotel Saga Hoi An to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to returning in the future!

Punches well above its weight. Excellent value for money. Clean and only a short trip into town with a great spa, mini mart at the door step. Nhung was exceptional and an asset to the property

The Hotel is a very clean and tidy hotel, half way between the beach and the Old town. The breakfast buffet was good and the facilities such as pool, gym, spa and bar area all good. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
