The hotel itself is beautiful, especially the river view rooms. The property is clean, and the sheets are fresh and well-maintained. The staff is incredibly helpful and truly elevate the overall experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. If possible, I recommend staying in a river view room, even if the payment is higher, as the city view rooms may feel a bit noisy. That said, regardless of the room, you will feel warmly welcomed and receive excellent service throughout your stay.

I thought the service from the staff was exceptional. On my husband‘s birthday, they presented him with a cake and a bunch of flowers. They were very caring, and considerate always. It was a nice view of the nature from the breakfast area.

We had an azong stay here! It's a lovely family run hotel in a convenient location of short walking distance from the center. The rooms were spacious and quiet allowing to have a good rest after the days activities. Staff were one of the nicest people we met in Vietnam and looked after us very well. Could not recommend this place enough.

Our riverside room was large, clean, super comfortable bed, and great bathroom. Good quality linens and all you need including water, kettle etc. We liked the location a short walk away from the centre and quiet. Swimming pool good for a cool down at the end of the day. Staff were lovely and we took advantage of the family tailor. A great couple of days. Restaurants and bars nearby.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and probably the best coffee I had in all of Vietnam. The rooms and pool area were both great. A little bit out of old town so was a bit quieter which was good, but still only a 10 or 15 minute walk across the bridge into old town. Restaurants across the road also worth trying as we enjoyed our meals there. Would stay here again.

A beautifully kept villa which is a calm and quiet, even with nearby traffic and attractions. Ho is the loveliest host, and his wife Van and the team are so friendly and helpful, they make you feel really at home. Easy enough to walk to town where I had some clothes tailored by the hosts too- really amazing! Feel lucky to have found this place.
