Exceptional stay at Sol Villa, the building is modern and very welcoming. The Host was an amazing lady, who helped us a lot: booking excursions at better price, rented us a scooter and transport. The room is modern, spacious and clean. Free bicycle, amazing breakfast dishes included prepared fresh to order. Very warm and welcoming home!

Linh is an amazing host. She always greeted us with a smile and answered all our questions. The breakfast she makes was delicious and there were a lot of options to choose from. In the kitchen there is also a tap where you can get free filtered water, so you don't have to buy bottled water. Furthermore the room was nice with enough space for your belongings. There were free bikes available and the ride to the city center was only 10 minutes. The neighbourhood is quiet but with enough restaurants close by. There is a small supermarket at the end of the street, which is nice. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Such a lovely hotel to stay! I have stayed here for twice and Everything here couldn’t be better: - the location is quite close to the ancient town, also the hotel provides complimentary bicycles - what satisfy me most is that the room super clean and neat, even there is no dust on the table or other surfaces. The decoration is also impressive, it seems all rooms have a sofa, make the stay more comfortable. - they also have a pool on roof top, which is clean and the view at night there is something memorable. - last but not least, the host is very friendly, she upgraded me for a bigger room with a very affodable price. Definitely with come back here

Loved our stay, Linh is trully the best. Stayed for 9 nights at her place. Rooms are big, nice swimming pool at the roof, perfect location (10 min from old town and 15 from beach), got a free upgrade, free bikes are perfect. And last but not least: the best breakfast we had in 4 months of travelling. Everything Linh makes is so good. Sol Villa felt like a home away from home. Perfect place!

The facilities are really nice and clean. The swimming pool was my favorite. The owner is friendly and easy to talk to. I will definitely stay there again when I come back to Hoi An.

i booked this accommodation after having read previous reviews and wow, every single one was right! this place is perfect !! i loved every single second of it, right from check in to check out it was great! we made use of the pool, bicycles and moped rental! nothing was too much trouble for the hosts and it’s in a great location! we loved Hoi An! :)

We’ve been travelling for the last 3 months and Linh’s place is possibly our favourite place that we’ve stayed at during our travels. The property is newly built so all the rooms and communal areas are all in great condition. Our room was extremely spacious and exceptionally clean. The two things we loved the most were how well the room stayed cool, plus the fact at how dark the room was at night, this combination provided us with the best nights of sleep that we’ve had whilst travelling. By far! The location is tucked away nicely in suburban side street. We really enjoyed this as we weren’t directly in the middle of a busy road, but still only a short walk away from a mini mart and restaurants (a few minutes at most). We rented a scooter directly through Linh too, so we were able to get to the beach in roughly 10 minutes, and old town in about the same amount of time. Alternatively there is the option to take one of the bicycles that are available. For breakfast you have a selection of about 10 or so items to choose from, ranging from Vietnamese dishes, to western dishes. All of these were unbelievably good, so much so that I even asked Linh to show me how she makes her fruit pancakes so I can try to replicate them back home. She is really such a great cook! Also maybe some of the best coffee I’ve had throughout Vietnam too! Linh is such a kind and caring person, we really feel lucky to have met her. We loved getting to know her; our chats throughout the day were a great highlight for us. This is for sure one of the places that we hope to return to in the near future. Hoi An is a beautiful place, and Linh’s accommodation will only make your time here even more enjoyable.
