On check in we were offered a paid upgrade from our pool/river view room to the sense villa. For the extra cost per night we instantly said yes. Amazing room with private pool! Hotel is in a good location with some nice places to eat nearby. Liked to free mini bus into Hanoi town, there was an issue with the bus one day and the hotel paid for a taxi to take us into town. Made use of the free cycle hire as well to explore around the area. All the staff were friendly. Variety of choice for breakfast. Would recommend and will definitely go back hopefully next year.

Lovely setting, the room was spacious and bright, the breakfast was very good with a great choice. The staff were incredibly attentive and polite. The gym was small but okay if you are in their alone or with one other person

The staff were extremely helpful with organising drivers for us and were fast at replying to my many questions on WhatsApp. They helped to organise our travel via train from Da Nang to Hue, organised the train tickets and driver to pick us up when we arrived in Hue. My friend left her headphones in the hotel room and the staff organised for them to be delivered to us before we left the country. Very much recommend, thanks for a great stay!

Very friendly people and perfect service! There is a free shuttle to Old town of Hoi An at many times during the day and evening. We also got lots of recommendations for restaurant, tailor and sightseeing. We can totally recommend this hotel! You can also use a very good and comfortable air port transfer! Everything was perfectly organized for us!

Personnel was amazing, room were comfortable, big with amazing view, the swimming pool and the jacuzzi were excellent, the breakfast (especially the pancakes) was super & the area was very nice 10’ by car from the old town!

Excellent hotel not very far from the old center. Very friendly staff and the facilities are great. Bravo for the sustainability initiatives. Kids area is not huge but very well equipped. My kids spent hours there while it rained.
