Lovely hotel and very helpful staff. The location was good - a short walk along the river to the old town and all the shops and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious - we had the oat banana pancakes two out of the three days we were there. The staff were very friendly and polite. We borrowed the free bikes one day also. Highly recommended.

The staff and especially Fun and Fab were truly the best. Fab recommended the best places to eat, and Fun helped us with every “problem”, making our stay worth repeating. The hotel is super nice and only a 10min walk to the very very very busy area. The location next to the river meant it was also a perfect place for us to chill during rainy weather.

The room matched the photos, was beautiful, and had very comfortable beds. The hotel itself was stunning, and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The stay was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is peaceful, though slightly outside the city.

The hotel offered free bikes for guests which is very lovely. The breakfast was great, I really loved the pho! The pool is beautiful. The location is good, very close to the old town. Great view of the river from the room. And great bath!

The hotel was perfectly located and the rooms were lovely, with a little balcony. The breakfast was some of the best we’ve had on the trip, and the staff was really friendly, helping to organise our transports to and from Da Nang. All in all, it was a great way to experience Hoi An!

The Hotel is located in a quiet corner of the river. My room has amazing 180 views of the river. sunset just amazing. I don’t even have to leave the room. it has everything that I need and the staff are just wonderful. The super star receptionist Phuong is a legend. she organised my tours, transport and very knowledgeable of the areas and can give you recommendations to make it easier to decide what to do around Hoi an. The hotel provide a bicycle free of charge for the guest to use. Great way to see the town. I highly recommend this hotel. Will be back with the family soon :)

The place is beautiful! The interior design is so calming. The place is clean, the pool is great, the view is great and we loved the breakfast The staff are so lovely and helpful!
