English speaking staff at reception were helpful and friendly. All staff were lovely. Good breakfast. Beautiful pool. Quiet, good sized room, with a luggage stand. Bedside table, lamp and plugs. Free bikes for use, with lights and locks. Airport transfer and tour advice and ticket booking.

What a lovely staff! Everybody is very friendly and the service is great. After our first night we decided to extend our stay to 6 nights. The bikes are well maintained (and they have a lot of bikes). It's a small ride over an easy road to old Town. The bed was the best we had in our travels over the last couple years. The room was spacious with an ensuite well equipped bathroom. Breakfast was simple but sufficient.

We loved everything! The staff was amazing, kind and helpful. They gave us all the information that we needed to know about the area, what to do and where to go and the hotel facilities are great! We has a super long bus ride and we were exhausted, and they even allowed us to have an early check in so we could rest right away! The breakfast was absolutely delicious! 10/10

Such a beautiful hotel, perfectly located—far enough from the tourist craziness and yet still accessible to everything. We felt like true royalty.

Second time staying here as it is one of the best in hoi an! It’s super clean and beds are very comfortable. The pool area is beautiful and breakfast is always nice. The staff are all lovely and always happy to help!

location. staff. cleanliness. flexibility on early check in and they packed us breakfast bag with sandwiches because we had early morning flight back.
